Warrick County, IN Code Violation Reporting: How to Report (2026)

Section 157.03(D)(1) sets the intake method for all public-nuisance complaints under chapter 157: a violation report must be submitted on forms provided by the Administrator of the Warrick County Commissioners. The rule limits who can file: a violation report may be submitted by any resident of Warrick County in the same neighborhood or community as the alleged nuisance, so a complaint from someone with no connection to the area does not by itself trigger the process the way a neighbor's report does.
