Construction Hours

Construction hours are set by each Atlantic County municipality, not the state. Atlantic City, Brigantine, and Galloway limit powered work to weekday daytime, and equipment noise must still meet the 65 dBA daytime limit of N.J.A.C. 7:29-1.2.
