Food Truck Permits
Operating a food truck or other mobile food service establishment in Bartholomew County requires an annual license from the county Health Officer under § 110.02. The license runs January 1 through December 31, must be posted where customers can see it, and is issued only after the Health Officer inspects and approves the operation.
