Chapter 155 of the Boone County Code, the Housing and Environmental Standards Ordinance, applies uniformly to every residential building in unincorporated Boone County, Indiana. It requires a working kitchen sink, water closet and bathtub connected to approved water and sewer service, and heat of at least 68 degrees in winter, and lets the Health Officer condemn and placard units that fail.
