Street Fair Rules

A street fair, festival or other outdoor event expecting 1,000 or more guests in unincorporated Brunswick County needs a large event Temporary Use Permit from the Zoning Administrator, applied for at least 90 days ahead under UDO Section 9.4.4. The county requires a pre-application meeting, review by every impacted agency, and final inspections completed 24 hours before the event opens.
