Rodent Control

Brunswick County's Minimum Housing Code requires every rental dwelling in the unincorporated county to have screened doors and windows, screened basement openings, and to be kept free of insects, rodents and other pests, with the repair or extermination duty split between owner and occupant depending on who caused the infestation.
