Material Restrictions
Unincorporated Canyon County's zoning code requires a sight-obscuring fence or wall to be built of durable material such as wood, brick, masonry block, stone, vinyl or slatted chainlink, and bars scrap lumber, scrap metal, corrugated or sheet metal panels, tarps and plywood, under § 07-02-03. Ordinary confinement fencing elsewhere in the code may still include barbed or netted wire.
