Charles County's Core Mixed-Use Zones require one large shade tree per 40 linear feet of street frontage, spaced 35 to 45 feet apart, under § 297-95C(15)(g). Each tree needs either a six-by-eight-foot underground planter or 120 cubic feet of prepared, structurally amended rootable soil before a site plan can be approved.
