Loitering Rules
In unincorporated Chatham County, it is unlawful to loiter or congregate at any greenbox site, recycling drop-off site or collection center, and no vehicle may be left unattended on that property. Chatham County Code § 50.04(E) authorizes the county to tow any unattended vehicle away and store it at the owner's expense, on top of the general Chapter 50 penalties.
