Density Bonus Law
Chelan County's planned unit development overlay lets a project boost its residential density well beyond the underlying zone. Under Chelan County Code § 11.76.090(5), density can rise to one hundred fifty percent outright, and up to two hundred percent when the developer earns credit from the incentive features listed in the section's Table A.
