No-Knock Registry

Clay County lets residents opt out of door-to-door sales by posting a "No Solicitors" sign, which a peddler must check for and obey before knocking. Even without a sign, soliciting at a residence is barred before 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. on weekdays, and entirely on Sundays and certain holidays.
