Solicitor Permits

Davis County requires door-to-door solicitors to obtain a Registration Certificate from the License Director before selling wares, magazines, or subscriptions house to house in the unincorporated county. The certificate must show the solicitor's name, address, employer, and a photograph; newspaper carriers and nonprofit organizations are exempt from the requirement.
