Davis County Code Section 15.20.120 bans leaving rodent- or insect-attracting materials outdoors: anything edible by or attractive to vermin has to go in a closed container. The same section forces junk yards, fuel and raw-material storage behind a solid six-foot fence, and keeps stored hay 40 feet from the street and 50 feet from a neighbor's home.
