Davis County Code section 9.08.010 bars anyone under sixteen from being on a public street, park, square or public place between 11 p.m. and daylight, unless with a parent or guardian or traveling to or from a job. Friday and Saturday nights push the cutoff to midnight even for minors headed home from a dance or church event.
