Smoker Rules

Under Chapter 8.07, any fire lit on private or public property without the owner's consent and safety-law compliance is an unlawful fire. Cooking or heating fires, campfires, charcoal fires and portable stoves are allowed only in a designated area with the property owner's express permission and subject to posted burn suspensions.
