Park Curfew
County parks in unincorporated Fauquier County operate only during hours the director of parks and recreation sets and posts at each entrance. Being present in a county park outside those posted hours is unlawful except for county staff on duty, participants in a county-sponsored event running late, or someone holding a valid after-hours permit.
