Fireworks
Floyd County bans fireworks, along with firearms, BB guns and other weapons, inside every county-operated park. Floyd County Code § 92.03(C) makes possessing, carrying or discharging fireworks on park premises unlawful unless the Superintendent of Parks, the County Sheriff or a sworn deputy authorizes it in writing.
