Fireworks

Setting off fireworks or other pyrotechnic devices at any Fond du Lac County park, trail, conservation area, or boat launch is unlawful under Code § 42-5(18), which bars possessing, firing, discharging, or exploding any "squib, cracker, or other explosive, projectile, or pyrotechnic device" without the Land Information Department's advance permission.
