Barking Dogs

In unincorporated Franklin County, Kentucky, § 90.05 makes it an offense for a dog owner to fail to prevent excessive, continuous or untimely barking, howling or yelping that is unreasonably loud and disturbing. The standard is disturbance of the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The county code sets no decibel level or quiet hours.
