Street Fair Rules

In unincorporated Franklin County, Kentucky, the Fiscal Court defines a vendor fair as any event of seven or fewer days where vendors set up booths, and charges the organizer a per-event fee set by vendor count, from $10 per vendor for up to ten vendors to $1,000 for more than 50. Qualified nonprofits can be exempt.
