Park Curfew

In unincorporated Garland County, Hill Wheatley Park closes every night at 11:00 p.m. under Garland County Code § 38-34. The Garland County Sheriff's Office patrols the park under an administration agreement with the City of Hot Springs, and anyone still there after closing can be cited for a misdemeanor.

Sec. 38-34. - Closing time. The Hill Wheatley Park shall be closed each day at 11:00 p.m. ... however, this section shall not apply to those persons using the park for the purpose of launching or bringing in their boats.
