Garland County Code § 27-2, Sec. 4, item 1

Weeds. All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of ten (10) inches. Weeds are defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees and shrubs; provided that this provision shall not apply to ornamental grasses, cultivated flowers or gardens or to undeveloped properties.
