Abandoned Vehicles
Unincorporated Garland County limits open storage of junked or abandoned vehicles to three under Sec. 14-72(3); more than three sitting out, unless reasonably out of sight, makes the property a nuisance. Sec. 14-75 defines a junked vehicle as one no longer serviceable, abandoned or stripped of parts outside an established junkyard.
