Under Section 10.32.060 of the Glenn County Code, it is unlawful for most people to enter or be present on public park property between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., except in response to a public function or with administrative permission. Parks specifically held open 24 hours are exempt. A separate youth curfew (Chapter 10.36) runs 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
