Density Bonus Law
Glenn County grants a density bonus to housing developers who set aside units for lower-income, very low-income, or senior households, under Glenn County Code Section 15.60.020. A qualifying project of five or more units gets at least a 25 percent increase over the maximum density allowed by the County General Plan, plus an additional concession or incentive unless the county finds one unnecessary for affordability.
