Grant County Code § 206-16.2 bars anyone in Grant County, Wisconsin from occupying, owning, renting or leasing a building where nuisance activity is allowed, including three or more law enforcement calls for nuisance activities on separate days in one month or six or more calls in twelve months. Outdoor Smoking Restrictions

Grant County Code § 231-1 bans smoking, including electronic delivery devices, in vehicles or buildings owned or leased by Grant County, Wisconsin, and in the immediate 25 feet outside county building entrances and ventilation air intakes. A violation is a $10 forfeiture, and a citation follows only after an employee or officer advises the person that smoking is prohibited.
