In unincorporated Grant County, Wisconsin, an accessory structure in the flood-fringe must be constructed on fill with its lowest floor at or above the regional flood elevation. Section 290-27B of the Grant County Code sets that rule, and accessory structures near water, such as boathouses and gazebos, face separate size limits in Ch. 316.
