A food truck or vending vehicle parked in a street or road right-of-way in unincorporated Greenville County may sell only from the curb side, never into moving traffic or to anyone standing in the roadway. County Council adopted the rule under Ordinance 734 after finding that vending trucks, especially ice cream trucks, create severe hazards for children and pedestrians.
