Bike Lane Rules

Greenville County caps bicycle speed at 20 miles per hour on the Swamp Rabbit Trail and bans motorized vehicles, off-road recreation vehicles and unauthorized commercial activity on the trail. County Code § 15-132 is the county's only bicycle-specific conduct rule; it governs the shared-use trail itself, not on-street bike lanes on county roads.
