A storage shed or other detached accessory building in unincorporated Greenwood County must sit at least ten feet from the side or rear property line, or 50 feet from the 440-foot contour on lakefront lots. Sheds and other accessory structures together cannot exceed 25 feet in height or 1,200 square feet combined floor area.
