Greenwood County bans smoking or carrying a lighted cigarette, cigar, or pipe on any county-owned property, in any county-owned or leased building, and in any county-owned or leased vehicle. County roads, Lake Greenwood's bed and waters, and certain economic-development sites are exempted from the ban.
