Guadalupe County has no juvenile curfew. Texas banned local curfews for minors in 2023. Under Local Government Code 370.007, no county or city may adopt or enforce a curfew on anyone under 18, except during declared emergencies.

Notwithstanding any other law, a political subdivision may not adopt or enforce an order, ordinance, or other measure that imposes a curfew to regulate the movements or actions of persons younger than 18 years of age.
