Frequency, Duration & Permits

Harnett County caps yard sales at two per calendar year on any one lot, with each sale running no more than two days, under § 153.114(I) of the Unified Development Ordinance's temporary use standards. The sale also has to take place on an improved lot, not a vacant or unimproved parcel in the unincorporated county.
