Pool Permits

Harnett County requires a building permit before constructing an inground residential pool. The Central Permitting Fee Schedule at § 150.04 charges $100 for an inground swimming pool permit plus a separate $300 fee for pool plan review, and § 151.048(A) bars starting construction without the Building Inspector's written permit.
