Β§326B.106), which adopts the International Residential Code Appendix AG (Swimming Pools, Spas, and Hot Tubs). Barriers must be at least 48 inches (4 ft) high, with no opening allowing a 4-inch sphere to pass. Gates must be self-closing and self-latching, with the latch at least 54 inches above grade. Applies to any pool, hot tub, or spa with water depth greater than 24 inches.
