In the East and West Jackson Corridor Overlay Districts, Sec. 448 of the Unified Development Code requires a 15-foot landscape strip along any street frontage, planted with one shrub every five feet and street trees spaced according to species, on top of the county's general landscaping rules. No single tree genus may make up more than 25 percent of a development's trees.
