Juvenile Curfew
Kankakee County bans anyone under 17 from public places overnight in the unincorporated county: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for those under 16, and 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for 16- and 17-year-olds. Being with a parent, guardian, or adult sibling, or on the sidewalk outside home, is a defense.
