A homeowner in unincorporated Kankakee County may keep exactly one travel trailer or camping trailer parked in the rear yard of a lot with a dwelling. Beyond that single exception, manufactured homes, travel trailers, and camping trailers cannot be parked or stored anywhere except a lawfully established manufactured home park, tourist park, or trailer sales lot.
