Kaua'i County Code § 10-5A.10(f)(3) directs new development in the Līhu'e Civic Center and Community Facilities Neighborhood Design District (SPA-G) to plant street trees consistent with the planting theme set out in Sections 4.2.6 and 4.6.5 of the Līhu'e Town Core Urban Design Plan of 2009. The rule is a design guideline reviewed alongside the district's other streetscape standards, not a numeric planting spec written into the Code itself.
