Bike Lane Rules
Kenosha County Code § 7.50 designates a single bicycle lane, a six-foot strip on the east side of County Highway T between the Kenosha city limits and State Highway 32, and bans any vehicle other than a bicycle from driving or parking in it once signs and markings are posted, except in an emergency. The County Highway Department controls the signage.

When signs and markings are in place giving notice of the existence of any bicycle lane established by this ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person: (a) To operate any vehicle other than a bicycle along and within a bicycle lane. (b) To park any vehicle other than a bicycle along and within a bicycle lane except in an emergency situation.
