Barking Dogs
Kenton County treats a dog or other animal that makes noise in an excessive, continuous or untimely manner for more than 15 minutes without provocation as a public nuisance under § 90.01, and § 90.15(C) makes it unlawful to own or possess a nuisance animal. Animal Services can issue a warning or civil citation requiring the noise to stop immediately.
