Reserving a Kenton County shelter house, athletic field or court for exclusive use requires a permit under County Code § 94.23. The Fiscal Court-approved fee schedule, set yearly by the Parks and Recreation Committee, adds a separate charge for outside groups running paid clinics or tournaments.
