Under Kings County Code of Ordinances Sec. 16-21, the Parks Director sets each park's hours of operation, and it is unlawful to enter, loiter, or remain in any county park during closed hours as posted at the main entrance. A separate minors' curfew (Sec. 8-60) runs 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
