Kings County Code § 15-21(d)

A peddler who comes under this article may conduct business in any one location during a 24-hour period for no more than two hours on private property upon obtaining permission of the property owner or no more than 15 minutes in a public right-of-way. At the expiration of the time period described herein, the peddler must relocate his vehicle at least 1,000 feet from the prior location.
