Kitsap County exempts casual sellers from its junk-dealer and secondhand-dealer licensing law only if they hold no more than three garage or yard sales per year and each sale runs no longer than three consecutive days. Exceed either limit and the seller must register and report like any other dealer under Chapter 6.12.
