No-Knock Registry
Lancaster County bars peddlers from entering private property posted against soliciting and from remaining once told to leave. Sec. 23-71 covers only the unincorporated county outside the City of Lancaster, Heath Springs, Kershaw and Van Wyck. Violators face up to a $500 fine, thirty days in jail, or both, with each day of continued violation charged separately.
