Frequency, Duration & Permits

In the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County, a home yard sale is allowed on one designated weekend per month: the last weekend where both Saturday and Sunday fall in the same month. Up to two extra sales per calendar year are allowed on other weekends, but only after registering with the Department first. Monday through Friday sales are never allowed.
