Digital Billboards

In unincorporated Los Angeles County, Code § 22.114.040 bans digital billboards outright in every zone: no sign may use flashing, sequential, or programmable-message illumination that appears to move continuously, changes faster than every four seconds, or sits within 100 feet of a Residential or Agricultural Zone. Static outdoor advertising signs still need a Conditional Use Permit.
