Fireworks

McLean County bans any display of consumer or display fireworks in the unincorporated county without a permit. Both pyrotechnic and consumer displays require a written application filed at least 15 days ahead, proof of insurance, and fire-chief sign-off before the County Clerk will issue the permit.
