Park Curfew
Every park and recreation area run by the Mercer County Park Commission operates on a fixed sunrise-to-sunset schedule, 365 days a year, under the Commission's December 7, 2016 Rules and Regulations. There is no seasonal exception: anyone remaining in a Mercer County park after closing is subject to removal and the Disorderly Persons provisions of the same rules.
